Quality Policy

In MRS Electrical Appliances Industry and Trade Joint Stock Company as the quality policy of responsibility and authority for preparing and developing the company owned by senior management. Our Quality Policy aims to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous development of quality system to determine the quality objectives and commitments and the introduction of this work is to be written.

MRS Electrical Equipment Industry and Trade Joint Stock Company as to increase customer satisfaction and improve the quality of products offered to all employees and the company's quality policy is prepared by the General Manager with the approval of October 2004 to reflect the direction of the beliefs, thoughts of all employees, understood by all employees, for the adoption of and as for the implementation of all parts of the policy and for company's employees to see, hang on the walls and a document was given to all staff. The training programs are also operated under the policy with all employees about the quality. The quality policy of our corporate is as follows;

1. To ensure all our staff to walk on line of quality as a target and promote quality as a shared responsibility and target,

2. To promote zero failure idea and ensure feasibility of this idea in every step of processes,

3. Continuous training of human resources to ensure and develop qualified and skilled staff structure ,

4. To determine customer expectations and serve in this direction with customer oriented management system,

5. To accept continuous development and improvement as a principle,

6. To ensure full customer satisfaction of local and foreign customers,

7. To be preferred and leader in the national and international market with the quality, technology, productivity and pricing.
