Labaratory type battery test devices are developed to test the batteries to supply conformity to the tests which are determined by international standards instutes like TSE,EN,IEC,DIN.The device can be manufactured as sets which all tests can be made or as one unit.Test processes are controlled on a PC.
The test programs can be defined according to characteristics determined on test conditions.It is possible for the manufacturer to define the characteristics according to their programs. During test process the voltage,current,temperature informations of the battery is recorded on a PC and can be printed out as a report at the end of process. Easy Installation

BFT10 Test software is a special software designed to manage laboratory type betteries on a PC by using the software to prepare programs to make the desired tests.
Software establishes a connection with devices by serial communication and each device can be managed seperate working program.By this, different tests can be made on other units while long tests such as life test,water loss test etc.. are running.
All recorded programs can be managed from the same window and different test programs can be made by graphic based program editor.Programc can be defined up to one thousand steps on test programs.Cycles can be repeated by using same steps.Flexible programming feature over time with changing test methods available and the program is always up to date.
Intervals determined by the test procedures can be registered. The database files are created independently for each test procedure. These files are current, voltage, temperature, amperhour and other charging parameters can be saved second by second. The date held at the log files and data available can be opened within Microsoft Office programs. Graphical and numerical data, are as reported in the test program.
Test process can be made manually in case device and PC connection can not be used.Depending on the device type, parameters like charge, discharge etc... can be defined on the panel .When the process is tarted the test process automatically continues according to parameters loaded.Test automatically stops when the desired criteria is assured given by the program and test result appears on the screen.On manual use, current, voltage temperature values can be followed on the screen but the test values are not recorded.In this case the operator keeps the values in a different file. Althought it is not needed , manual use allows to keep on running when there is a PC failure.The process continues especially in long time tests.
